3 Don’t look back in a year’s time and wish you’d started earlier – the time is now; there is no time like the present.
4 If you’re exercising and feel like giving up, focus your attention on continuing rather than stopping. Remember that you’re still there and you’re still going – so focus on getting the most out of your move and you’ll hopefully do even more reps!
